Will be unavailable for the next bit as I'm flying east to be with my X-wife in her final hours. Bone Cancer. The worst! We parted as friends and she has no one else to sit by her bed to help with the transition.

Sorry to hear this.
I understand some about bone cancer.
I lost both my grandparents to the horrible affliction.
My grandfather was the toughest man I ever knew.
Many times, he'd hurt his hands bad or something, go into the bathroom, and take a bottle of rubbing alcohol and pour it straight into open wounds... never flinch.

When the bone cancer came, he cried like a baby. First time I ever saw him do that. I can't fathom how much it hurts.

She's lucky to have you by her side.

Well that was horrible!
I thank you all for the kind words and best wishes. I wasn't able to be with her in the end. The security people escorted me out to the main floor where the Prtovincial Police took over in making sure I caught a flight. Hard thing to watch and I guess I didn't do to well. F....king health care idiots. We would arrest assho.es who treated animals like that!
Anyway my last words to her were,"just let go honey, where your going is way better than this. You have to wait for me, but in "Angel Time , it will be a blink of an eye " and we will be together again. We'll take a couple "god "courses and then we will be sent back to get it right the next time. I love you! She looked ast me and said, " I love you too, I'll be seeing you!"and then turned I and let the cops escort me from her room.

Well she finally passed last night. Only took them a month to starve her to death!
