Which one? There are two, one for the sending unit and one for the filler cap. Sending unit gasket you would have to get from Yamaha, the cap gasket, MikesXS has them.

The secondary side is tested with one tester lead...

The secondary side is tested with one tester lead on each spark plug wire. Unscrew the caps and test without them.

I noticed this too and looked it up. Apparently it is an additive to help prevent detonation in turbocharged engines. I am still using it with no slipping or ill effect, so far. <knock>
