Midnight left exhaust heat shield

Mine fell off on the freeway this morning, and even after making several passes and walking about a mile on the shoulder, I couldn't find it... Anyone have a left heat shield from an old midnight...

But then I wouldn't be able to start the bike without holding in the clutch lever. I know not all of the bike have this interlock, but some do - like the added sidestand interlock on the XJ.
