Check the battery voltage. Check the voltage at the coils. They should match. A significant voltage drop could cause running problems.

I don't know if outer means outside the fork tube, or inside the fork lower. I've had good luck with them over the telephone. Call them. We're EDT.

The packing under the reservoir is not listed in the parts breakdown. That o'ring will have to be matched by dimension and be designed for brake fluid. Reusing the old packing is inviting a leak.
