As I said before, the key factor here is that the airbox is full of fuel. It is virtually certain that the needle valve is stuck or malfunctioning...it could be the needle valve itself, or a stuck...

Here's a few more pix... I'm aware the bike is not everyone's cup of tea but I like it. The projector headlamp provokes either adoration or downright hatred!!! It certainly is loads lighter than OEM....

IMO, sacrificing handling for looks for handling isn't a good idea. It depends on how you intend to use the bike, of course. If it's for looks mainly, then it might be worthwhile but anything else...
