80 special fork seal assembly order

I looked at the tutorial and wasn't sure I got these correct. Should be spacer with the lip that goes in in first - does the lip go up/out or down/in? Then the seal, open side goes up/out or down/in?...

Update: Went though the fuse panel today and...

Update:

Went though the fuse panel today and swapped it with bladed fuses, so that one is fixed.

Got three of the four lights to flash with the hazards, rear right is not flashing.

Good thought. My fuse block is pretty cruddy, I had it on the list, maybe now is the time to change it over to blade fuses. I'll try jumping the leads and see what I get. Thanks.

Bikes are really not ideal for in and around commuting with stop and go traffic and low speed travel, traffic lights, etc. The constant "rowing" through the gears makes even manual transmission cages...
