if you go to UP THE TOP
USERCP
EDIT OPTIONS
CHANGE AVITAR (BOTTOM OF PAGE)
AND THEN DOWN THE BOTTOM IT ALLOWS YOU TO BROSE YOUR COMPUTER FOR PICS.
