Good deal?
I found a set of kerker pipes on a certain website last night. The pipes look like they're in pretty good condition, but the seller only has 3 pictures so it's hard to truly tell. He wants $200 for them, does that seem reasonable?
I'd share the link, but I'm afraid somebody from here might snatch them before I can haha ![]()

It's subjective. James across the pond paid over a grand for his stainless pipes. I paid close to $200 for my OEM system. If I needed some pipes, those are exactly the pipes I'd be after, and a price I'd be willing to pay if they were in good shape.

$200 for a solid complete XS exhaust is a good deal... But do make sure it's complete. Parts for many of the aftermarket exhausts are getting every bit as rare as good OEM systems. For some bits, if you have some fab skill this can be addressed, but not always.

Yes
I saw those pipes for sale and I thought it was a great opportunity for someone that coveted Kerkers. They seem to be in decent shape.

Thanks guys for the input. The exhaust I have now is pretty rusty in a lot of places so I'm better off replacing it. Payday is just around the corner, so hopefully the listing doesn't disappear before then!

A couple things to keep in mind with the Kirker exhaust----- You have to remove it to change your oil filter--------and where it runs under the engine is awfully close to the ground and hits a lot. You might look close to see how flattened those pipes are right there.
I had a Kirker on my SG when I first got it. I didn't like it for the above stated reasons.

Jardine spaghetti's are nice..
sorry, they are my favorite, seem to flow good and sound nice. seem to have good power band with them. but.. this is my OPINION. i have no dyno tests to prove the above statements.

Well guys, I was too slow, the pipes have been sold. They were still listed last night but I checked after picking up my check this morning and they were gone
![]() A jardine system would be nice, but chances are I'll never find one haha.
