Hope the bike is getting closer to how you planned also.

The videos are perfect, and the millions of incorrect flawed videos are the reason we need to link our own videos.

They're are too many people here with masters degrees in XSology, if we could help the next generation with an easy way to learn with correct methods. Then these great machines will live on.

I think you've got a great start allready!

Ride on.

Interesting Perspective

I think another part of the lower traffic/participation is sheer intimidation. Being part of the "throw-away" and "computer age" generation, seeing a site like this can be daunting. Especially for this generation of people who are less likely to leave their comfort zone. The majority of regulars on this site have known each other for longer than most of the newer generation has been alive. You have to imagine that would make it a little intimidating to cut in.

Regardless, I know I'll be here posting for a long time to come. Getting my girl closer to how I want her and planning for another xs11 build in the future.
Interesting Perspective Seth the sheer participation intimidation goes both ways. I am from a Social Media age when group communication was mothers turning on the porch light for dinner. A big part of my lack of participation is due to the fact I still have no idea how to post or see a pix anymore. Loosing great tutorial pix for me is extremely frustrating and posting pix a disaster. I have tried the chrome thing and on and on would sure like to reference all the great pix and post again.

I am still a regular (reader) on forums such as this one, as well as the UK, German and French forum. But I am a reader and a poster on FB. Still building bikes and I like posting pics on FB as that is (almost) easier than drinking beer but I personally think there is little depth in the discussions there and the postings are gone too fast. My problem (..) is that posting pictures on a forum is a pain is the neck, call me lazy heheh.

All about perspective!

Mathh, i really don't think you have a lazy bone in your body.
Not from all the mischief your projects involve.... 😀

Lazy, no.

Metal is more your thing.

Not digital.

The next hurtle is probably rally/gatherings
It seems harder for the youth to get a rally setup..?
Too many followers, not enough leaders?
Had a thought... Lost it...
This is the point I'll zip it before I get into trouble....
Later... Beautiful day to ride!
