Yamaha Maxim Keytag Survey

For years the XS Eleven owners have had a cool embroidered keytag while the Maxim owners had none. Well, that may be about to change. And YOU are the agent of that change!

I'm using this survey to determine if there is enough interest to make a keytag just for Maxim owners. Did I say XJ1100J owners? No! The way I see it, there's no reason it can't be a keytag that other Maxim owners would be interested in too. That would help ensure that there is enough interest to make the minimum order point.

By filling out this survey you are not only expressing your interest, you are reserving your keytags. When we have enough interest to place the order you'll be notified where to send payment (Paypal will be an option) for your keytags. Then, once your order is paid, you'll be at the top of the list when they come in!

The patch part is 1.9" x 2.75" with a split ring for your key(s).
